Ito generator set features high quality, low fuel consumption, low noise, high output power, and reliable performance. After major repairs, it is generally filled with water, engine oil, fuel, etc., and all the preparation work can be started. If the fuel system is equipped with a super-stop, press the "Reset" button before starting. The following is a brief introduction to the general start-up procedure after the overhaul of Ito's generator set by Ito Power.
Ito generator set
1. Put the throttle in the idle position. Note: To prevent damage to the turbocharger, do not accelerate the generator set to more than 1000 r/min until the oil pressure gauge reading has reached normal pressure at idle.
2. Open the manual throttle on the fuel pump. The electric throttle valve only comes into play when the "switch" closes.
3. Press the start button or turn the "key switch" to the start position.
4. When the electric valve fails, use the manual button on the front of the electric throttle to open the throttle. When using manual, turn the button clockwise. After the electric valve is repaired, turn the button back to its original position. In order to prevent damage to the starter motor, the starting time of the starter motor must not exceed 30 s. If you cannot start the diesel engine within 30s for the first time, wait for 2 minutes before starting it for the second time.
5. Put the throttle on a low idle position and start the starter. After the diesel engine is started, it must be operated at idle speed for 5 to 10 min. Check the oil pressure and the presence of fuel, oil, water and air leaks. Note: Before running-in, it is not allowed to increase the speed of Ito generator set to more than 1000r/min, and do not allow the generator to run at idle for too long.
