Explosive density regulator

The expanded perlite explosive density modifier is a solid particle of carrier gas. The presence of microbubbles in a large number of closed pores is stable, and the microbubbles change very little during the storage of the explosive gel. The density of the prepared explosive is easy to control and stable. Expanded perlite explosive density regulator requires porous perlite raw material, thin and hard pore walls, impervious to water, suitable viscosity, particle diameter of 100 ~ 200μm, maximum particle diameter of about 300μm, and insoluble in oxidants. In order to reduce the water absorption of the rock powder, it is required to be waterproofed. The main production processes of the expanded perlite used in the water-gel explosive density adjuster are as follows. 1. Drying→baking→cooling→waterproofing treatment, the expanded perlite particle size is less than 3mm. 2. Gravity classification→expanded perlite products→waterproof treatment, the expanded perlite particle size is less than 1mm. 3, screening → expanded perlite products → waterproof treatment, small bulk density, good expansion of particles. When expanded perlite is used in water-gel density regulators, it is generally treated with water and eucalyptus oil. The common treatment methods are shown in the table below.
