17. Sixth, construction method:

1. Before the construction, the 55kw winch hook head of the upper platform will be cleaned and placed on the lower hook. The ready-made 15.5 wire rope will be laid along the track. The pulley below the rope head will pass the lower hook and the pulley will be used with 3 U-shaped clamps. The hook of the winch is linked, and three U-shaped clips are connected with the tail rope head above the rope head, and the reverse pulley pulls the tail rope head to the bottom of the main well. During the process of pulling the rope head, the two people hold the walkie-talkie standing at the right rear of the rope head and follow the tail rope head to prevent the rope head from scraping the road and timely parking. In the cleaning slope, the platform uses 5 pressure bars and belts to pass the road. The pressure bar presses the tail rope to control the speed of the tail rope to lower, so as to prevent the tail rope from sliding down.

2. Before the construction, at the -650 Ma Tau Men, set up a warning person, and close the various layers of the well tower and the wellhead door.

3. Lift the main bucket up to 122m in the downhole loading position (this position is based on the absolute value of the stroke display). On the side of the -683 main bucket, use the fire welding to cut the north tail rope and check the belt before cutting the rope. The gas concentration in the chamber airflow can be operated only when the gas concentration is not more than 0.5%. And put a special person at the bottom of the main well to guard, and observe the old tail rope head when there is no flower arrangement.

4. Lower the main bucket, and at the same time, disconnect the old tail rope from the belt rope and pull out the wellbore. When the tail rope connecting device under the main bucket reaches the -683 position, stop and use the fire welding to disconnect the tail under the connecting device. Rope, lower the main bucket to the -685 construction position.

5. Park the tail rope connecting device under the main bucket in the -685 construction position, hang two 2T cranes on both sides of the tail rope connecting device under the bucket, and lift the connecting device with the crane to remove the nozzle under the bucket. The pin shaft is used to pull the tail rope connecting device out of the wellbore by a crane. Check that the lower nozzle of the bucket is in good condition. After confirming, connect the new connecting device to the bucket nozzle.

6. Hang a 5T single pulley under the -683 horizontal main bucket, and place the 8T back winch rope head through the pulley on the steel beam above the belt conveyor to the bottom of the main well, using 5T shackle and tail rope rope cup. The self-made fixtures are connected, and the tail rope cup is pulled under the main bucket, and the personnel in the wellbore ladder are arranged to observe the lifting of the tail rope to prevent the tail rope cup from scraping the wellbore equipment. Clean and slant personnel should pay attention to observe the lifting of the tail rope to ensure that the tail rope can not have the phenomenon of scratching the roadway. During the process of lowering the tail rope, the personnel who cleaned the slope should manually help the tail rope to be lowered. At the same time, the -683 level is set up to monitor the operation of the 8T back column winch.

7. When the rope cup reaches the -685 level, the personnel in the wellbore ladder will be withdrawn. The 2T crane below the bucket will cooperate with the 8T back column winch to connect the tail rope cup to the connecting device.

8. Slowly lift the main bucket. At this time, the old rope head on the side of the auxiliary bucket is taken out of the wellbore from the -650, 2# horse head door, and the old tail rope head is taken out from the -650 level and worn. Pass the Φ273 pipeline below the windshield wall and turn to the -650 level No. 2 unloading station position and stop. Connect the tail rope head to the equipped motor car with Φ18.5 wire rope buckle and U-shaped clamp.

9. Lifting the main bucket, that is, lowering the side skip of the auxiliary bucket (the speed of the winch is less than 0.5 m/s), and the old tail rope is pulled by the motor car in the -650 alley, and the motor car parks once every 80 meters. -650 level 2# Unloading station outside the windshield wall, cut the old tail rope with fire welding. At the same time, the motor car picks up the rope buckle, returns it twice, and punches the old tail rope. This is repeated until the hopper side tail rope connection device reaches the -650 level stop.

10. At the same time, the new tail rope is lifted up with the main bucket, and during the process of lifting the tail rope, the special personnel are guarded to observe the state of the tail rope and the abnormal rope is immediately stopped. 11. When the tail rope of the tail rope is about to be released, notify the winch to slow down the lifting speed. At the same time, press the bar to work hard, pull the rope head out of the tail rope car, stop the rope head and the 55KW winch hook with the homemade U-shaped clip. During the process of lowering the rope head, a special person follows the rope head to avoid the rope card scraping the card road, and the card is immediately stopped.

12. When the auxiliary bucket is at a distance of -650 from the 650 level, the winch decelerates slowly by 0.2 m/s. When the auxiliary bucket tail rope connection device reaches the -650 level, the vehicle stops, and the old tail rope is disconnected at the horse head door. After the bottom rope head passes down the wellbore, the auxiliary bucket is lowered, and the tail rope head reaches the -685 parking.

13. Pull out the remaining tail rope at the -685 level and cut the remaining tail rope by fire welding at the lower part of the connecting device. Two 2T cranes are hung on both sides of the tail rope connecting device under the auxiliary bucket. The crane is used to lift the connecting device to remove the nozzle pin under the bucket, and the tail rope connecting device is pulled out of the wellbore by the crane to check the lower part of the bucket. If the connection nozzle is intact, confirm that the new connection device is firmly connected to the bucket nozzle.

14. Clean the personnel under the slope and take the length of the tail rope (23 meters away from the cargo wall) to break the new rope. 15. Hang a 5T single pulley under the auxiliary bucket, put the 8T back column winch rope head down the pulley to the bottom of the main well, and clean the inclined person to use the new tail rope head and the 8T back column winch rope head with 3 pairs of homemade The U-shaped clip is firmly connected, and the tail rope head is pulled under the main bucket. At the same time, the personnel in the wellbore ladder are set to observe the lifting condition of the tail rope head, and the tail rope head is prevented from scraping the wellbore equipment.

16. When the tail rope head reaches the -685 level, the well repair personnel will determine the length of the tail rope rope pocket. After the length of the tail rope is kept at the -685 level according to the length of the rope head, the excess part is broken and the tail rope is started. Head (strictly according to the process requirements, control the heating temperature is less than 300 degrees Celsius). 17. The newly manufactured tail rope head is firmly connected to the connecting device by the 2T crane under the auxiliary bucket. Note: When lowering the new rope, cleaning the five pressure bars on the upper platform and the two pressure bars behind the rope support must be safe and reliable, and control the rope speed. The speed control should be slowed down within 0.3m/s. Prevent the rope from slipping out of speed and lose control, and free to decentralize.

VII. Trial operation: Observe the running state of the tail rope. During the operation, the tail rope should be stable, and there is no sharp and large swing to observe whether the tail rope is twisted or deformed. Check if the retaining rope, the well casing beam and the wire rope tank are normal. Check if the tail rope and the rope cup are swaying and the connecting device bolts are tight.

Eight, quality standards: the new tail rope must not have distortion and anti-back phenomenon. The new tail rope must not have scratches, bumps or broken wires. The lowest point of the new tail rope is not allowed to collide with the wire rope can and the weight suspension device.

Nine, signal contact: -650 horse head door and the bottom signal between the use of a dot-calling machine, walkie-talkie standby (signal regulations: one stop, two main bucket lift, three main bucket down). -650 Matou door wall and 2# unloading station use the dot-calling machine to talk, the walkie-talkie is spare (signal regulation: one stop, two locomotives are running forward, three locomotives are running in reverse). X. Construction Notes:

1. It is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol in all classes before the construction workers. Once they are found, they stop working immediately.

2. The construction personnel must obey the unified command of the construction person in charge and must not act without authorization.

3. The wellbore operators should strictly implement the “wellbore maintenance work regulations”. All construction personnel must wear various labor protection supplies, wear safety helmets and fasten the headbands. Personnel must wear safety when working in the wellbore and near the wellhead. The strap is locked to the fence door or other secure object, and the various tools used are secured with a safety cord to prevent it from falling into the well.

4. Check the 8T return column winch brake device before construction. It must be safe and reliable, and the foot must be firm. To achieve the perfect standard, the driver performs the operation procedure of the column winch.

5. Load-bearing parts such as cranes, wire rope buckles and springboards must be strictly inspected before use.

6. Before the construction, the wellhead gates will be closed and locked, and the traps and beams of each layer of the well tower will not be inspected. There should be no prisoners at all levels of the well tower, and safety warning personnel should be set at the ground wellhead.

7. During construction, no operation or parallel operation shall be taken in the well tower and in the wellbore.

8, all using the ramp must be strong and firmly lap ramp must be reasonable, uniform force, springboard to overlap with the beam line firmly tied with iron (springboard thickness not less than 60mm).

9. The 7-way pressure bar used must be bundled firmly with the anchor chain to ensure safe and reliable braking.

10. When the new tail rope is connected to the motor car, the wire rope buckle and the clamp used must be firmly connected.

11. When the new rope is lowered, the personnel under the cleaning and slanting are optimistic about the state of the tail rope, so as to avoid distortion and scratching of the tail rope.

12. Before the construction, the transportation team shall be responsible for setting up an alert person at the slashing and lowering mouth, and prohibiting non-replacement personnel from entering the main well bottom.

13. When using fire welding in the roadway, main shaft bottom and belt path during construction, special safety measures must be established to check the gas concentration in the construction environment. The surrounding environment must be cleaned beforehand. Inflammable and explosive materials are strictly forbidden. Prepare fire-fighting supplies.

14. When the wellbore is working, due to the humid environment inside the wellbore, the construction personnel must concentrate on the work, stand up and support well, and carefully check whether the work site and the surrounding environment are safe. If the surrounding environment is dangerous, it must be removed. After the hidden dangers are removed, the construction is carried out. . If you encounter an abnormal situation in your homework, you must stop the operation, find out the cause, and remove the hidden danger before you can work.

15. The main shaft winch should be operated at a speed of 0.3-0.5m/s per second.
