High concentration wastewater incineration carbonizer
Jiangsu Yixing Xinqi Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. has made a breakthrough in wastewater treatment technology with the development of the WHB-F high-concentration wastewater incineration carbonizer. This advanced system incorporates innovative materials and unique incineration control technology, making it highly efficient and durable. The equipment utilizes immersion evaporation combined with spray incineration techniques, along with a water film protection system and an integrated sewage dispersion structure. Additionally, it features a super ceramic copolymer molecular alloy anti-corrosion coating, which significantly enhances its resistance to acid, alkali, and high-temperature environments—solving a long-standing issue in traditional systems.
In recent years, the treatment of high-salt-content and high-concentration wastewater, such as from dyeing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and pesticide industries, has remained a major challenge. Conventional incinerators are costly to operate and difficult for many enterprises to adopt due to high expenses. However, the WHB-F system offers a more practical solution. It demonstrates excellent performance in treating benzene, phenol, and odorous wastewater, effectively addressing high COD levels, acidic or alkaline conditions, and high-temperature challenges without generating secondary pollution.
The WHB-F device first preheats the wastewater, separating organic compounds like benzene and phenol. These substances are then sent to a combustion furnace where they are fully burned at temperatures exceeding 1000°C. The heat generated is used to warm the air, which is then directed into an evaporator. The remaining organic-laden wastewater is fully atomized and combusted within the evaporator, ensuring complete purification. Any exhaust gases produced during the process are efficiently removed by the degassing system.
According to reports, this system can be fueled by coal, oil, or gas. For example, burning 1 ton of coal can evaporate up to 8 to 10 tons of wastewater, significantly lowering operational costs. This makes the WHB-F system not only environmentally friendly but also economically viable for industrial applications.
