1, structural framework

Since the deformation of the sample is maintained, the stress of the measurement sample decays with time. A successful 100-hour relaxation test is directly related to whether the deformation sensor is stable and reliable.
The steel strand relaxation tester uses a grating digital deformation measurement sensor to fundamentally avoid the influence of zero drift and temperature drift of the sensor on the measurement result (other types of sensors such as resistive, capacitive, inductive, etc. Can not do this). This guarantees the stability of the measurement during long tests.
5, fixture
The selection of the fixture can directly affect the firmness of the clamping and the convenience of the test.
