When the pressure reaches the normal value, the mill is simply jacked up. In the suspended state, the starting torque is greatly reduced, and at this time, a signal for allowing the main motor to close is issued to the system to start the mill. When the mill fails or stops normally, the static pressure system is immediately put into operation, causing the mill to stop smoothly in suspension. The oil temperature of the lubricating oil standing at the mouth is controlled between 35 ° C and 45 ° C;

2. Starting the compressed air station to provide the clutch mechanism with the required compressed air;

3. The slow drive clutch mechanism is manually suspended, and the slow drive motor is started. The mill cylinder starts to rotate slowly under the driving of the large gear and the pinion;
