According to the national nuclear industry standards, the valve electric devices used in nuclear power plants are divided into three categories: K1, K2, and K3. The K1 class is installed in the nuclear reactor containment, not only under normal conditions and under safe shutdown shock loads, but also to perform the specified functions after accidents and accidents. It is understood that up to now, among the three manufacturers capable of manufacturing nuclear-grade valve electric devices in China, Tiansongtong's new series of products can meet the US RCC-E-1993 standard and the internationally accepted French IEEE382- The 1996 standard covers the capacity of units from 300,000 to 900,000 kilowatts. Fang Qingxian, deputy director of the appraisal committee and chief engineer of the Nuclear Safety Center of the State Environmental Protection Administration, told reporters that the valve electric device is the core component of the control pipeline valve. A nuclear power plant needs more than 10,000 valves, half of which are used in the nuclear reactor containment. The harsh environment with high temperature inside the casing, high pressure and large irradiation dose requires that the valve electric device must reach the service life of 40 years without maintenance in the safety enclosure. Fang Qingxian said that in the past, such components of nuclear power plants in China all depended on imports. Today, such products of Tian Ertong are leading domestically to reach the level of international similar products. Safety test to challenge the limit In the nine safety reliability tests of the assumed nuclear accidents conducted before the appraisal meeting, for the key tests, the relevant experts visited the site to conduct the whole process from pre-test to test-to-test. . The most severe of the nine tests was the Loss of Water (LOCA) test of the double-end rupture of the main pipe in the containment of the simulated nuclear reactor containment. The first time is to raise the temperature inside the reactor containment from 50 °C to 156 °C in 10 seconds, and increase the pressure to 0.56 MPa for 15 minutes. According to international practice, the valve electric device that has withstood the two "peak" tests of this harsh environment can achieve a life of 40 years. This can be said to be the rigorous test of the limit of the two-way electric device that has undergone two "peaks" tests. The staff present at the scene can hold a sweat for it. The results of the third "La Peak" test gave people surprising surprises.
