It is proved to be easy to operate by using 4 sets of equipment in 2D10 hydrogen compressor thin oil station of Liaohe Oilfield Petrochemical Plant and 2D315 hydrogen compressor thin oil station of Jinan Refinery. It is safe and reliable, and has broad prospects for promotion and use. First, the investment in this system is not large, except for the addition of programmable controllers and signal processing devices, there is no more equipment, and the investment of secondary instruments is reduced. Second, the system eliminates the relative independence of the original microcomputer management system and the control system. The microcomputer management system is complicated to operate, often error-prone, and cannot be separated from manual inspection management. The microcomputer and the programmable controller are organically combined and The entire system is simple to operate and reliable. Third, running the system does not require a full-time computer operator, and only needs part-time to meet the requirements. It can ensure the efficient and stable operation of the lubrication system of the thin oil station.
