Compared with the traditional production model, the production line basically achieves intelligent production, reduces manpower by 60%, and improves efficiency by 50%, which greatly reduces production costs.

"More than a decade ago, we benefited from the demographic dividend and the rapid growth of the Longgu weaving machinery industry. However, after entering the 21st century, skilled workers are aging. The wage input of enterprises is increasing year by year. New equipment is increasing. The younger generation is reluctant to enter labor-intensive. Industry ... This series of changes, we are forced to transform and upgrade the country's weaving machinery manufacturing industry, get rid of manpower dependence." Han Baifeng said. In the face of difficulties in recruitment, Henghui weaving in the Taoyuan Village of Longgu Town, the monthly salary of some skilled workers is nearly 5,000 yuan, and the personnel are still not as stable as the enterprises in the city.

The newly recruited workers are mainly in the post-90s. They are reluctant to engage in monotonous work and the management of personnel plagues the development of the company. In the past few years, the processing plant has used an integrated machine tool. A machine has replaced the lathes such as cars, mills, mills, and planes in the past, and the machining accuracy has been greatly improved. Technical workers only need to correct and replace tools according to tool wear conditions. While improving the quality of products, the production efficiency has also increased by 4 times, that is, from managing one loom per person to managing four looms at the same time.

The quality requirements of automated machine operators must be higher than ordinary workers. With the assistance of the County Science and Technology Mayor Group, China University of Mining has trained a group of high-tech operators for the company through teaching and engineering methods. Others have further studied and understood the actual production.

With a sound basis for processing and manufacturing, the Pei County Science and Technology Mayor Delegation promoted Henghui Weaving to establish a strategic partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology and Donghua University. In the past two years, Henghui Weaving Company has hired two doctors and three masters from HIT to work together to overcome the national-level problems such as “three-dimensional braiding machines”. Two doctors and three masters successively participated in and presided over the development of more than 10 new products, and the sales revenue increased by nearly 8 million yuan in two years. At present, the "three-dimensional braiding machine" jointly developed by both parties has also been assembled and is waiting for further performance verification. Henghui Weaving Co., Ltd. and Donghua University have conducted extensive exchanges on high-performance fibers, three-dimensional weaving equipment, and new textile technologies and reached a series of project cooperation intentions. At present, the first set of “inner-loop” special-shaped weaving machine prototypes developed by both parties has been formed.
