Shengbang introduces the latest SGM2008 series regulator output current

Shengbang Microelectronics' new SGM2008 series of high-precision, low-noise, low-power, low-dropout RF linear regulators (RF LDOs) use CMOS technology with thermal overload protection, output current limiting, and preset output voltage (accuracy) Function for ±3%) and logic shutdown. Compared with the SGM2007/A series LDOs introduced by Shengbang, the SGM2008 series adopts a logic high-level shutdown function to meet the needs of a wider range of users. Can be applied to mobile phones, cordless phones, PHS phones, PCMCIA cards, modems, handheld devices, handheld computers, electronic planners, handheld battery-powered devices and other fields.

The SGM2008 series LDOs have an input voltage of 2.5V to 5.5V and an output current of 300mA. They have a variety of fixed output voltages: 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.7V, 2.8V, 2.85V, 2.9V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and 3.6. V. The output voltage noise is typically 30μVRMS (10Hz to 100KHz); the differential voltage is 300mV at 300mA output current; the LDO quiescent current is 77μA at zero load; and the current consumption is 200μA at 300mA output.

SGM2008 is a pollution-free, lead-free, environmentally friendly product with an extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C and is available in a small SOT23-5 package.

Shengbang has passed ISO9001 certification in 2004. All products are streamed in Taiwan TSMC (TSMC) and have undergone rigorous testing and testing, with world-class product consistency and reliability.
