According to the electricity bill of Taipower, the annual electricity consumption of the Baili bamboo shoots is about NT$50 million. According to the calculation of the Industrial Technology Research Institute, the first phase has saved 50% of electricity. It is expected that the electricity bill will be saved after the second period.
In addition, ITRI also uses the spectral range that is helpful for plant photosynthesis, and selects red and blue LEDs for lighting planning. It is estimated that the white bamboo shoots will be harvested in the coming year.
