Moraine Valley Fire Science program apparatus
Bill Friedrich and Matt Schumann shared photos of the fire apparatus currently used by the Moraine Valley Fire Science program.
Moraine Valley Community College has enhanced its training fleet for both the Fire Service and EMS programs by adding a used pumper from the Frankfort Fire Department. Previously designated as E731 in Frankfort, this unit now operates as Moraine E3. It joins other training vehicles, including an X-Mack CF pumper from Posen, IL, and a former Chicago Fire Department Ford E-350 ambulance. Below are images of these units in action.
These units provide students with hands-on experience using real-world equipment, helping them prepare for careers in emergency services. The addition of these rigs reflects the college's commitment to offering practical, up-to-date training.
The PVC Pipe Production Line can be categorized based on the type of PVC pipe produced and its application.
1. PVC-U Water Supply Pipe Production Line
This production line can produce pipes with a diameter range of 16mm to 1000mm. The maximum extrusion capacity is between 300-1000 kg/h. The pipes have a smooth inner wall and are designed for high pressure resistance.

3. PVC Power Cable Duct Production Line
