Atlas Copco variable speed drive screw vacuum pumping speed has been increased to 5004 m3 / h 50% energy saving central vacuum system

Atlas Copco introduced the latest variable speed drive vacuum pump GHS 3800–5400 VSD+ at ComVac in Hannover, Germany. This series of energy-efficient vacuum pumps are suitable for central vacuum systems. The 50% energy saving and low maintenance design gives it a very short payback period.

This year, Atlas Copco added three new models to its high-performance GHS VSD+ series variable speed vacuum pumps. Before the launch of the new model, the maximum pumping speed of the series reached 1810 m3/h. Screw vacuum pumps are suitable for high vacuum demand applications such as the glass industry, packaging lines, canning lines or drying processes. GHS VSD+ is especially suited for upgrades from decentralized pumps to central vacuum systems to help users significantly increase productivity. Atlas Copco's data shows that it can achieve up to 50% energy savings compared to conventional rotary vane pumps, and its return on investment is extremely short for system upgrades.

Compared to any other vacuum pump of the same capacity, the new model produces more air per unit hour and per unit of input power and is one of the most efficient vacuum pumps on the market. The model design is based on the well-known plug-and-play principle of the proven Atlas Copco compressor.

Vacuum tailored to your needs

The GHS 3800–5400 VSD+ vacuum pump is a high performance environment compatible model. In a central vacuum system, the new pump can tailor the vacuum output to meet customer needs. Equipped with a smart Elektronikon control system and variable speed drive system, this pump is extremely economical to operate. The pressure setting control also ensures that the pump provides the lowest possible vacuum flow while maintaining vacuum demand. This means no waste of energy and significantly reduced life cycle operating costs.

Low maintenance requirements also help maintain low life cycle costs. No rotor blades need to be replaced and the screw rotor does not require maintenance for a long period of time. In addition, the inlet and oil separators can be replaced without removing any piping. The maintenance cycle is usually very long and the operator can get all maintenance related information online at any time via Smartlink software.

Small body, easy to install

Atlas Copco offers a plug-and-play system for vacuum pumps in a stand-alone chassis. Installation is extremely convenient and fast, saving time and space. The machine footprint is very small. Even the largest volume of GHS VSD+ (3800-5400) series is less than 2 meters x 3 meters. These models are also quieter than similar pumps and are ISO 50001 and 14001 compliant for environmental and energy management systems. Energy recovery components can be integrated into the system to help users recover the large amount of heat that is inevitable in the compression process without sacrificing pump performance. The data shows that the recoverable energy level is approximately 75%.

Developed for the most common working pressure applications in industrial vacuum, the GHS VSD+ pump offers significant performance improvements over other oil seal and dry rotary vane pumps. The energy recovery system ensures that heat is released to a minimum near the equipment, which means that the nearby workstation does not require an air conditioning system.

Electronic monitoring cooling system

The cooling system is equipped with an electronic thermostatic valve that precisely controls the oil temperature for optimum consistency without entrainment of water into the oil circuit due to condensation. The cooling system also comes with a variable speed fan to minimize energy requirements. The GHS 3800–5400 VSD+ series vacuum pumps are available in both water and air cooled versions.

Due to the extremely high oil retention capacity of GHS VSD+, the environmental impact of the operation of other vacuum pumps is greatly reduced compared to other vacuum pumps. With the new patented oil separator, this oil retention capacity has recently been further enhanced with a residual oil content of less than 3 mg/m3. This means that the exhaust of the same size fuel pump is more environmentally friendly than the market. In addition, Atlas Copco's technology enables shorter cycle times because the pump reacts very quickly to changing process conditions within the pressure range associated with the user.

The screw rotor has a robust design and has a longer service life than the rotors typically used in screw compressors or rotary vane pumps. Special air intake control valves in close contact with the variable speed drive minimize energy consumption.

All pumps in the range are equipped with Elektronikon controllers and Smartlink remote monitoring systems. The proven Elektronikon controller is easy to operate and ensures energy savings. It can be integrated into process control systems and can also control vacuum pumps from other manufacturers. (This article is from Atlas Copco)

Well here are some buckles(Cargo Lashing Buckle) we have for you!

Almost all of them are supposed to function with straps, that's what you can also get from us.

If buckles individually,we do have lots of options, like one way lashing buckles which are usually used for binding pallets,Sliding Buckles are tend to be used with straps for outdoor gear or harnesses.

If you haven't find the type you need here, don't leave this quick, tell us what do you need and we surely could find it or make it for you specially because that's what we stand for--to solve problems,to meet needs.
