Zhejiang Zhuji Copper Mine Concentrator

(A) Overview of Zhuji copper mine is located in Zhuji County in Zhejiang Province.
In 1958, the mine used the earth method to mine rich ore, and the soil method began to build ore. In 1960, the 100 ton/day machine plant was put into operation. Mine insisted Tuyangjiehe steeled spirit of hard work, has been the development of mineral processing plant to 120 tons / day production capacity.
The mine is developed for Pingyi, and the mining method is shallow hole mining method. The original ore is transported to the mouth of the mountain, and the earth ropeway is lowered to the storage bin of the mountain, and then transferred to the concentrating plant by the car.
The water was taken from Chen Caihe, 180 meters away from the concentrator.
The power source was taken from the Zhapu Substation and sent to the concentrator's substation with a 1.5 km 10 kV high voltage line. After the 560 kVA transformer was depressurized, it was distributed to the concentrator.
Due to the limited terrain conditions, there is no tailings pond around the ore dressing plant. The tailings are directly discharged into the gully and pollute the river. In order to eliminate its pollution, the mine is planning to relocate the concentrating plant to the vicinity of the main pit and expand it to a scale of 200 tons per day based on the favorable terrain and the geological resources already in the mine.
(II) Process 1. Raw ore properties The upper part of the ore body is a marble containing quartz veins. The copper ore is unevenly embedded with coarse grains and has a high grade, but the part of the ore has been taken. Currently the lower part of the ore body mined for skarn-type multi-metal mine at the end. Useful minerals are mainly chalcopyrite, sphalerite, followed pyrite, galena, molybdenite, etc., as well as a small amount of scattered elements. The gangue minerals include marble, diabase , garnet , quartz, calcite and the like.
2. Process Flow Broken: Two sections and one closed circuit, the maximum size of the original ore is 350 mm, and the final product is 18 mm. The original mine silo is equipped with a sieve 200×240 mm sieve. The large ore is crushed by a 400×600 jaw crusher that is manually transported to the side. The product is returned to the original mine bin by the belt conveyor, thus replacing the artificial bulk.
Grinding and floating: a section of closed-circuit grinding, ore grinding to -200 mesh accounted for 55%, copper, zinc, sulfur followed by priority flotation, desulfurization with two-stage cyclone before sulfur selection. The process flow and technical conditions are shown in the figure below.

Dehydration: Dehydration was carried out in two stages using a Ф1800 mm angle cone concentrator with a stirrer and a 1.5 m2 fan filter.

In the development process, the ore dressing plant has fully exerted the wisdom of the working class and engaged in technological innovation and technological transformation: 1) The 1.5 m 2 fan filter and the Ф1800 mm pyramid cone concentrator were manufactured to mechanize the dehydration of concentrate. 2) The Water Ring Vacuum Pump is used as the suction device of the filter, and also serves as the suction device. When the operation, the suction pipe and the exhaust pipe of the Vacuum Pump are respectively connected with the filter by the cock control, thereby reducing the pressure device. Practice has proved that the effect is better.
