2. Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are made from synthetic materials suitable for most media carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive pipe systems and designed according to SAE J2044-2009 specifications. If the product doesn't meet your needs, we can customize it based on your requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection, with minimal space required for operation. This ensures high-density arrangement and increased design flexibility.

3. Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber O-rings that are resistant to fluid chemistry, aging, corrosion, and swelling. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding between the two sealing rings. This increases mechanical properties and prevents air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell, ensuring a secure seal without falling or shifting.

Gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, Ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, or their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

8. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the elastic locking spring allows for connecting two connectors together, then pulling back to ensure a complete connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, first push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note, SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
