The design and production of the quick connector strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product does not meet customer requirements, we can customize it according to specific needs. The plug-in and self-locking structure ensures quick and easy connection and disconnection. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, allowing for high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in customer design.
3. Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings, which are suitable for various fluids. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This design prevents bonding between the two sealing rings and enhances mechanical properties, ensuring resistance to aging and corrosion. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.
4. Working Environment of Quick Connector
These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

8.Connect & Disconnect Operation Method Of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the two connectors to be joined together, and then pulled back to ensure a complete connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, push the male connector forward and press the clip button to unlock and easily pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
