TRP-6 Vacuum Pump
The TRP Series is a two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump designed with an innovative approach, breaking away from traditional designs to meet the growing demand for high vacuum performance, large gas throughput, and ease of installation, operation, and maintenance. This pump is ideal for a wide range of applications, including laboratories, semiconductor manufacturing, analytical instruments, light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, distillation, freeze drying, and other vacuum-related processes.
The pump operates on a principle where the motor and pump are connected via a flexible coupling. As the motor rotates, the rotor turns as well. Inside the rotor, two vanes move within grooves and make contact with the cylinder's inner surface due to centrifugal force. The gas enters through a dirt trap in the intake, passes through an oil anti-suckback valve, and flows into the pump chamber. As the vanes rotate, the gas is trapped between them and moves toward the exhaust valve. When the front vane reaches the exhaust channel, the gas is compressed and released through the exhaust port. For smooth operation and sealing, oil is continuously supplied to the cylinder, vanes, rotor grooves, and all moving parts.
