TRP-6 Vacuum Pump
The TRP Series is a two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump designed with an innovative approach that goes beyond traditional designs to meet the growing demand for high vacuum performance, large throughput, and ease of installation, operation, and maintenance. This pump is ideal for a wide range of applications, from laboratory environments to semiconductor manufacturing, analytical instruments, light bulb production, fluorescent lighting, distillation, freeze drying, and other vacuum-related processes.
The TRP Series operates on the principle where the motor and pump are connected via a flexible coupling. As the motor rotates, the pump rotor turns as well. Inside the rotor, two vanes move within grooves and make contact with the cylinder wall due to centrifugal force. The gas enters through a dirt trap in the intake, passes through an oil anti-suckback valve, and is drawn into the pump cylinder. As the vanes rotate, the gas is trapped between them and moves toward the exhaust valve. When the front vane reaches the exhaust channel, the gas is compressed and released through the exhaust port. To ensure smooth operation and proper sealing, oil is continuously supplied to the cylinder, vanes, rotor grooves, and all moving parts.
