Brief Introduction
This pump is designed to handle non-corrosive lubricating oil or similar liquids without solid particles or fibers. It is suitable for hydraulic systems as well, offering reliable performance in a variety of applications.

Application Scope
The YCB series gear pumps can function as transfer or booster pumps in oil delivery systems and as fuel pumps for delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel supply systems. They are also widely used as hydraulic pumps in various industries, providing consistent and efficient power for lubrication purposes.

Structure Features
The YCB series gear pumps consist of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft-end seals. The double circular tooth design ensures minimal wear on the gear surfaces, stable operation, low noise, extended service life, and high efficiency. This innovative design has replaced traditional models, bringing new standards in both design and application. The pump is equipped with a safety valve to protect against overload, with full return flow pressure at 1.5 times the rated exhaust pressure. Adjustments can be made within the allowable pressure range based on operating conditions. However, the safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for long periods. A separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed if needed. Two types of shaft-end seals are available—mechanical seal and packing seal—depending on client requirements or application conditions.
