Brief Introduction
The YCB series gear oil pump is designed to handle non-corrosive lubricating oils or similar liquids without solid particles or fibers. It is suitable for use in hydraulic systems as well. This pump ensures smooth operation and reliable performance, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

Application Scope
This pump can be used as a transfer pump or booster pump in oil delivery systems, as well as a fuel pump for delivering, pressurizing, and injecting fuel in fuel supply systems. It also serves as a hydraulic pump, providing power in hydraulic systems across various industries, including as a lubrication pump.

Structure Features
The YCB series gear pumps are composed of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft-end seals. The gears feature a double circular tooth design, which reduces wear on the gear surface, ensures stable rotation, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This innovative design eliminates traditional limitations and introduces new possibilities in pump application and performance.

A safety valve is integrated into the pump to protect against overloads. The full return flow pressure is 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure. Adjustments can be made within the allowable pressure range based on the working conditions. However, the safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods. If needed, a separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline.

Two types of shaft-end seals are available—mechanical seal and packing seal—which can be selected based on client requirements or specific application conditions.
