The connecting bolt of the differential case and the driven gear of the final drive is loose. The rear axle differential case of the vehicle and the driven gear of the final reducer are bolted. When the vehicle advances, the force of the driven gear is applied, and the gear is close to the bolt of the force point, so that the gear is stressed. The bolts at the place are loose. When the pre-tightening force of the bolt is insufficient, most of the bolts on the circumference of the driven gear are gradually loosened, and the gears are swayed and impacted during operation, thereby seriously damaging the meshing surface of the main reducer of the final drive gear and the meshing clearance, so that the main reducer The gear was damaged early.
The gear meshing surface is incorrect and the tooth side clearance is too small. The small end of the main reducer gear gradually moves to the big end, the rest of the tooth is not subjected to load, and the heart is concentrated at the big end of the tooth, which aggravates the wear of the gear and even breaks the tooth.
