The JZW screw pile driver is designed to have a hole depth of 24 meters. The shape of the hole is different from that of an ordinary long auger. It is thread-like (equivalent to an internal thread), and the hole of the long spiral drill is cylindrical. Compared with the hole formed in the shape of a thread, the bearing capacity of the thread-shaped hole is doubled, and the amount of the poured concrete is greatly reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the market prospect is wide.
JZW thread pile machine has obvious advantages, and the production difficulty is much longer than long screw pile machine. Due to the need to leave a complete thread-pile hole in the soil layer, it is necessary to synchronize the rotation speed of the drill pipe with the falling (or rising) speed to ensure the thread forming, otherwise the thread will be completely destroyed.
