Fault 2, was pumping gas in the water vapor and impurities is too high cause the vacuum pump oil discoloration or dirty. Fault 3, was pumping gas temperature may be too high. Remedy: reduce the temperature of the gas being drawn, or add a corresponding heat exchanger.
Fault 4, the pump of the oil barrier or not smooth, the pump cavity did not maintain a certain amount of oil. Remedy: Check the oil flow is smooth, and add the same type of vacuum pump oil.
Fault 5, the gap with the internal parts become larger. This is the long-term exhaust gas containing dust, etc., resulting in increased wear between the rotating plate and the stator gap. Remedy: Check the clearance is too large, replace the new parts.
Second, the noise is too large: here refers to the pump noise.
Fault 1, knock cylinder, rotary vane pump issued an irregular sound operation, as if the metal hit the metal sound. This is the voice of the vane that hits the pump body. This condition is caused by a spring break or a contraction or ejection failure between mating vanes. Remedy: Disassemble the pump to check whether the vane spring is damaged. Replace the spring.
Fault 2, exhaust valve noise, the main exhaust valve is damaged. Remedy: Replace the good exhaust valve.
Third, smoke and fuel injection: refers to the rotary vane pump exhaust smoke or fuel at the operation.
Fault 1, smoke, if the pump has just begun to run a smoke phenomenon, it is normal. If you smoke for a long time is not normal.
