Although the issuance of the vehicle environmental protection inspection mark is cancelled, it does not mean canceling the inspection of the vehicle exhaust at the annual review, but incorporating the environmental protection mark into the annual approval mark of the motor vehicle. Before the end of 2016, all emission inspection agencies should implement data networking with the environmental protection departments. The key areas such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta should take the lead in achieving national, provincial and municipal networking.
