Another factor that affects the installation location of the scale is the number of cars that you will weigh each day. If you only weigh about twenty cars a day, an electronic platform scale should be sufficient. Two-phase roads must be used to weigh. If you need to weigh about 50 vehicles a day, you need to prepare a place for parking. An electronic platform scale should also be used. 3. The basic electronic loadometer must be placed on the concrete foundation. The foundation must be excavated below the local permafrost. The concrete marking should be guaranteed during construction. The pre-embedded parts must be geometrical, such as horizontal and horizontal dimensions, when pouring the concrete. Also make sure that the embedded part does not shift. After the completion of the foundation pouring, it shall be cured according to the civil construction code, and the concrete can reach the design strength index before installing the electronic floor scale. If it is necessary to shorten the maintenance cycle, it is advisable to take “early strength agents” and other measures under the guidance of professional technicians during construction. For lightning protection, you should set up a grounding pile according to the local conditions and ensure that the grounding resistance is from the center of the weighing platform to the pound room.
