Platform Bag Lifting Top Discharge When materials are introduced into the fast-spinning basket, they undergo filtration by the filter liner under centrifugal force. The liquid exits through the liquid outlet, while solids accumulate on the internal walls of the basket. Once the solid cake reaches the desired capacity, feeding stops. The cake is washed, and washing water is drained. Finally, the machine is turned off. A lifting tool or crane is used to remove the filter cloth with the cake, which is then transported to the discharge area. The filter cloth is opened, and the cake is discharged. Afterward, the filter cloth is returned to the centrifuge for the next batch. This centrifuge is ideal for separating materials with granular particles and fibers such as plasters, bluestone, potassium chloride, borax, dyes, pesticides, salts, food additives, flavorings, antibiotics, vitamins, metals like copper, zinc, and aluminum, metal products, sludge, etc.
