Working Principle
The system uses a rubber ball that is sent into the condenser through a serving device. The high-speed cooling water helps the rubber ball scrub off dirt from the inner walls of the heat pump condenser copper tubes. At the outlet end, a ball collecting device recycles the rubber ball, which is then returned to the ball collecting device via a ball collecting tube, forming a complete cleaning cycle. With the Siemens PLC intelligent control box, the cleaning frequency can be set, enabling automatic online cleaning. This ensures the condenser remains clean at all times, maximizing heat transfer efficiency and refrigeration performance of the water chiller.

Components of the Online Condenser Cleaning System
1. Ball Serving Device
The ball serving device is an automated system for delivering and monitoring the rubber balls. It consists of a housing, cover, closed ball bucket, switching valve, inlet and outlet pipes, and a check valve. A plexiglass viewing window is installed on the cover, while drainage ports are located at the bottom of the housing. The ball tee is designed with sufficient space to allow the rubber ball to move freely. All components are made of 304 stainless steel for durability and reliability. The unique check valve design eliminates the need for electric valves, simplifying the system and improving operational stability.
2. Rubber Ball Collecting Device
The rubber ball collecting device is crucial for the cleaning process. These balls are suitable for all types of plastic ball cleaning equipment and water quality.
