   This marine ballasting pump (twin screw type) is a high-performance pump that uses two intermeshing screws to move fluid through the pump chamber. The pump operates by creating a sealed cavity between the screws and the pump body, which moves the liquid along the axis of the pump as the screws rotate. This design ensures smooth and continuous flow with minimal pulsation.     1. The inlet and outlet are designed with special features to ensure sufficient medium remains in the pump. Even when the suction pipe is completely emptied, the pump still maintains excellent self-priming performance.

2. The pump body uses a special circular valve that opens when the outlet pressure exceeds the working pressure. This allows some fluid to return to the inlet, reducing starting torque and enabling the pump to start under full pressure conditions.

3. Synchronizer gears transfer torque from the driving screw to the driven screw, ensuring no metal-to-metal contact and reliable power transmission. This design prevents damage from dry running and improves overall durability.

4. As the pump operates, the meshing screws form a sealed cavity within the pump body. The liquid inside the cavity moves axially with the rotation of the screws, delivering it steadily and continuously to the outlet without pulsation due to the constant volume of the sealed cavity.
