G-type or extruded spiral fin tubes are widely used in heat exchangers, air conditioners, refrigerators, and economizers. They are also commonly applied in various industrial heating systems. The base pipes can be made from carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, while the fins are typically constructed from similar materials for optimal performance. The base pipes can be seamless or welded, and the fins come in different types such as G, L, LL, or KL.
The outer diameter (OD) of the base pipes ranges from 15mm to 219mm, with wall thickness between 1.5mm and 6mm. The height of the fins can vary from 8mm to 30mm, and their thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 3.0mm. The pitch of the fins is between 2.3mm and 20mm. The blank area length is customizable based on customer requirements, and the total length of the finned tubes can be up to 23 meters.
Before delivery, all products undergo rigorous quality checks, including raw material inspection, non-destructive testing, hydrostatic or air pressure testing, visual inspection of both the surface and internal structure, dimensional and tolerance verification, and final quantity and packaging review.
