Yesterday, SAIC and Iveco held a cooperation strategy conference in Beijing to announce that the cooperation between the two sides has been fully upgraded. It also revealed that the scope of future business will expand from the original heavy truck and engine product cooperation to the business areas of medium and light commercial vehicles, and the sales target will be increased to 150,000 in the next three years.

It is understood that SAIC Iveco Hongyan and Nanjing Iveco will adopt a dual-brand differentiated product strategy on the cooperation platform. Specifically, the latter will focus on the leap-forward brands for the light and medium-sized series, while the former will focus on the heavy-duty Hongyan brand.
