·China's first auto parts hot stamping production line put into production

The first domestic hot stamping production line invested and constructed by Hubei Yongsheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. in Gaoyang District, Hubei Province was officially unveiled.

According to reports, the hot stamping forming technology optimizes the geometric design and adopts advanced processing and forming technology to optimize the auto parts and the whole vehicle structure, and enhance the anti-collision strength of the automobile. At present, the core technology of hot stamping for auto parts in the world is in the hands of foreign companies. After reaching full production, it can produce 3.6 million products per year.

At present, the company's hot stamping auto parts, anti-collision performance and the yield strength of automotive steel sheets have been tripled to meet the European five-star collision standard.

After settled in Xiangyang High-tech Zone in 2010, Hubei Yongsheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. undertook the project of “Ultra-high-strength steel hot stamping forming technology development” supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. After more than two years of technical research, The company's ultra-high-strength steel hot stamping forming production line was successfully launched at the end of September this year, all of which achieved the localization of hot stamping auto parts production.
